Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement the operational strategy to meet business objectives and align with the company’s mission and vision.

- Operations & Supply Chain

Financial Management
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs while scaling operations.
Impact & Sustainability
- Ensure that operations contribute positively to farmer livelihoods and carbon sequestration targets.
- Champion regenerative agricultural practices and track measurable impact indicators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in general management, preferably in agri-input industry or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of leading teams and scaling business operations in developing markets.
- Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture, value chains, and rural economies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Khmer is a plus.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on, and optimization-driven intern to support our production team by analyzing and improving manufacturing processes. This is a field-based role requiring at least 5 days per week at the production site in Kampong Thom province.
You will work closely with our dedicated local team to:
- Study production flows
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Measure and calculate process capacities
- Propose and test improvements
- Assist with the implementation of more efficient production methods
The role offers significant autonomy in a real-world, resource-constrained environment, with strong support from both the Process Engineer and site workers. It is an immersive experience in the practical challenges and opportunities of manufacturing in an emerging market context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies, flow analysis, and capacity assessments
- Collect and analyze on-site production data
- Identify areas for efficiency improvements and propose actionable solutions
- Support the implementation of process improvements with the production team
- Prepare clear documentation and reports to share findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with site staff to ensure sustainable process changes
- Present results to the Process Engineer and wider team
Requirements:
- Final year student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Terms of Reference (ToR) for Carbon Financing Analysis Consultant in Cambodia (Project Base)
Background
The objective is to conduct a comprehensive carbon financing analysis to assess the potential and feasibility of utilizing carbon credits as a financing solution for Agri-Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cambodia. This analysis will build upon HUSK’s existing work with carbon removal credits generated through biochar production.
Objectives
The primary objectives of this consultancy are to:
- Evaluate Different Types of Carbon Credits: Analyze various carbon credit mechanisms, including soil carbon credits, GHG reduction credits, rock weathering and other relevant opportunities that are suitable for Agri-MSMEs.
- Data Certification Requirements: Identify the type of data necessary for certifying credits for sale in the carbon market.
- Data Collection Tools Assessment: Assess appropriate tools for collecting data to measure and track agricultural-based carbon reductions.
Scope of Work
This project consists of two main phases:
Phase 1 – Research and Framework Development
This phase focuses on conducting foundational research and analysis to establish a strong basis for the pilot implementation. Key activities include:
- Conducting a literature review on carbon credit frameworks and their applicability to Agri-MSMEs in Cambodia, including identifying mechanisms already in use.
- Researching all carbon credit instruments that currently exist in the landscape.
- Mapping carbon credit stakeholders.
- Analyzing current market practices—what is being done or what could be realistically implemented in the Cambodian context.
- Evaluating the feasibility of different types of carbon credits, focusing on their potential impact on financing Agri-MSMEs.
- Identifying and outlining data certification requirements needed for different carbon credit frameworks.
- Identifying relevant standards for carbon credit certification through the lens of Agri-MSMEs.
- Recommending data collection tools and methodologies to effectively measure agricultural carbon reductions.
- Preparing a technical brief summarizing key findings and recommendations.
This phase will last approximately three months, from March to June 2025.
After completing the research phase, we aim to pilot the most viable carbon credit model identified in Phase 1.
Phase 2 – Detailed Implementation Plan for the Pilot
This will involve implementing a HUSK Carbon pilot project with 25 Carbon Farms in 4 value chains (rice, cashew, coffee and vegetables) from Oct 25- March 26 to test how carbon financing mechanisms can be effectively deployed in Cambodia’s agricultural sector, ensuring that all necessary frameworks, methodologies, and data collection processes are effectively integrated into execution.
The idea is for the person to be involved throughout the entire implementation process of this pilot until March 2026 to ensure that execution proceeds as planned. The pilot will include an MRV partner.
Deliverables
The consultant is expected to produce the following deliverables:
- A detailed report evaluating different types of carbon credits applicable to Agri-MSMEs.
- A technical brief outlining the data requirements for credit certification.
- Recommendations on data collection tools and methodologies.
- A final presentation of findings to stakeholders involved in the project.
- A plan for implementation of a HUSK Carbon pilot project with 25 carbon farms for 4 value chains.
Duration and Timeline
The consultancy will run from March 17th, 2025, to 31st March 2026, with phase one lasting three months starting from 1st March 2025.
- Key milestones for this phase include:
Submission of initial findings: 15th May 2025 - Draft report submission: 15th June 2025
- Final report submission (Phase 1): 15th July 2025
Phase two involves the implementation of the pilot project, where we expect support until March 2026 to ensure the proper execution of the plan delivered.
Pilot duration: October 2025 – March 2026.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Master’s degree in environmental science, economics, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in carbon finance or related fields.
- Familiarity with international climate policies and frameworks, particularly those relevant to Cambodia.
- Proven analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis methodologies.
Reporting
The consultant will report directly to HUSK’s Carbon project manager and will be required to engage with local stakeholders throughout the analysis process.
Payment Terms
Payments will be made upon completion of deliverables as follows:
- 20% upon submission of the initial findings.
- 20% upon submission of the draft report.
- 30% upon acceptance of the final report.
- 30% upon completion of the project (March 26)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled ERP Manager to lead the ongoing implementation and integration of our Odoo ERP system. While the primary responsibility will be overseeing the ERP project, the role also involves being the IT referent within the company. The ideal candidate will have knowledge on ERP implementation, excellent IT skills, and the ability to work closely with all departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the ERP system.
The role is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, but will require periodic travel to Vietnam to support the ERP implementation there.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and oversee the Husk Group’s IT-ERP department, ensuring alignment with the Group’s development strategy and compliance with directives from the Board of Directors.
- Lead the Odoo ERP implementation. Cooperate with Group CFO in designing the master-data, user authorization, system work flow, financial and management reporting.
- Maintain proper IT Independence and Application control. Timely report the violation and audit trails.
- Lead the company’s BI and Report Automation Project. Generating visible and real time financial and management reports using BI Tools such as Power BI.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address issues and implement new requirements in the ERP system, optimizing its efficiency and functionality.
- Work with both domestic and international experts to resolve challenges related to ERP system operations.
- Design and implement new applications to enhance processes across the entire company.
- Maintain information security and ensure the stable performance of IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Deliver IT services to all units and employees in the organization, ensuring timely, efficient, secure, and compliant operations.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Information Technology or a related field is required
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a similar role within large enterprises utilizing ERP systems, experiencing in the same industry is a plus.
- Experience with ODOO system implementation
