Legal right to withdraw from the purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are contracting as a consumer and user any product through https://huskventures.com you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, acquired material possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Husk Ventures S.L. , with registered office at Nest City Lab, Carrer d’Alaba 100, 08018 Barcelona, NIF B67066670. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the present contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the user, unless you expressly indicate otherwise, the means of payment through which you want us to make return. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. However, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the godos in same condition in which they were sent, or until you have provided proof of their return and condition, depending on which requirement is met first.
